We do not read
your mail.

What we collect

Only what you give us knowingly:

• What you write in your profile or application: who you are, what you do, what you are looking for, who you would like to meet.
• Business contact details you share with us.
• Event logistics for the days of an event, such as dietary needs or arrival times. These are deleted after the event.
• Anonymous visit statistics through Google Analytics, and only if you allow it on the cookie banner. Choose Essential only and no analytics loads at all.

What we never do

• We do not read, store or analyse your correspondence. Your inbox is yours.
• We do not train models on your conversations or documents.
• We do not record our rooms. No photos of the room, no guest lists, no transcripts.
• We do not sell attendee lists, to anyone, ever.
• We do not take success fees on deals. We sell seats, partnerships and introductions, so nothing in our model needs your inbox.

How introductions work

Introductions are proposed by a person, from the words you wrote about yourself. Matching is opt-in through a separate, clearly labelled checkbox, not a clause on page forty of an agreement.

You approve every introduction before the other side learns your name. Decline as many as you like; nobody is told.

Your controls

Ask to see your profile and we will show it. Ask to correct it and we will correct it. Ask to delete it and we will delete it, from matching within 48 hours and from our records shortly after, subject only to what the law requires us to keep.

Profiles of inactive guests are removed after 24 months without contact.
