Four ways to sit down. Each one built for a different kind of decision.
Summits
Once a year, the whole network in one place. Working sessions, not keynotes · the programme is written from the questions members send in advance.
Private dinners
One long table, one question, no phones on it. The seating chart is the entire product · we spend two weeks on it.
Retreats
Three days out of the calendar, families welcome. What starts on a walk usually finishes as a term sheet in November.
Closed sessions
Council work under a no-attribution rule. Nothing is recorded, and the note that follows carries no names.

Arrival
No badges, no registration desk. Someone who knows both of you makes the introduction.
Seated
A chart we spent two weeks on. One question is put to the table and nobody presents.
The table turns
Everyone moves once. The second half of the night is with a different set of people.
The part that matters
Standing, smaller groups, no schedule. Most of what we are asked for later starts here.
Nothing is published
No photos of the room, no guest list. A short note goes out, carrying ideas and no names.
A ticket buys
a seat.
